While our shelves have definitely missed being surrounded by bookworms, our highest priority is still the safety and well-being of all. We will abide by government and mall regulations regarding social distancing (no congregating) and enforce strict guidelines across all stores to ensure a safe and hygienic shopping experience.

For everyone’s safety, the following people will not be allowed entry in any of our stores:
In compliance with IATF and LGU guidelines, we will only allow entry of customers aged 18-65 years old.
We will also be limiting the number of customers allowed in each store to ensure the maintenance of the 2-meter social distancing practice. The customer limit will be posted at the entrance of each store.
Each customer is required to accomplish a Contact Tracing Form via scanning the QR Code at the store’s main entrance before entering the premises.
In compliance with respective LGU and mall policies, some branches will only permit entry to those with a quarantine pass. No quarantine pass, no entry.
The practice of social distancing promotes that everyone keeps a 2-meter (6 feet) distance from each other. In order to ensure social distancing, please take note of the following guidelines:
We will be cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces every hour. These include:
We will also ensure that we have adequate supply of water, soap, tissues for cleaning and disinfectant for sanitizing.
We will be conducting temperature checks at our entry points. Anyone with a temperature above 37.3 °C or those manifesting flu-like symptoms will not be allowed in the premises and advised to seek medical attention. Maximum body temperature may vary depending on the mall.
Everyone who will enter the store or mall premises will be asked to walk on a disinfecting mat to sanitize their footwear.
We will offer spraying of alcohol on the hands of every customer that enters.
We will enforce a “no mask, no entry” policy.
All our cashiers will have hand sanitizer or alcohol on hand, and will sanitize after each transaction.
All our cashiers are required to wear a face shield.
After each transaction, cashiers will immediately disinfect anything used between them and the customer, including the card terminal, pens, etc.
With the customer's permission, cashiers will disinfect the purchased item by wiping it with cloth damped with alcohol.
Cashiers will disinfect their keyboards as frequently as possible.

We will still accept cash payments if contactless methods are not accessible for customers. Our cashiers will use payment booklets when handling cash to avoid accidentally making physical contact with customers.
All books will be wrapped with plastic for easier sanitization.
