BOOK SPECIALIST  

Job Summary

  • Primarily responsible for ensuring that the customers will have a positive Fully Booked experience
  • And translate this experience into actual sales.

Requirements

  • At least College level. With at least one year experience in a retail industry.

SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Job Summary 

  • Provide leadership in strategy, people, and process with regards to the Sales and Marketing function.
  • Overall management of the sales and marketing organization.
  • Primarily responsible for building the brand of the company.
  • Ensures appropriate networking.
  • Responsible for working with the Managing Director and the Management Committee in building the Strategic Plan for the company.

Requirements 

  • With at least 3 to 5 years management experience in a retail industry. Strong consumer marketing skills, experience in the retail / bookstore industry an advantage.

I.T. ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is preferred but Graduate of 2 year technical computer course is acceptable
  • · Knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting (using a range of diagnostic utilities)
    • · Experience with Windows operating systems, MAC OS is an advantage
    • · Knowledgeable in basic networking
    • · With application support experience

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the IT Manager and CTO with administrative and technical functions.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain computer hardware, office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines), operating systems, system, network and application problems;
  • support the roll-out of new applications;
  • test and evaluate new technology;
  • Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
  • Provide help-desk and on-site technical support of hardware and software by guiding staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help resolve IT issues;
  • responding within set turnaround time;
  • work with the IT team for task completion (or referral to third parties, if applicable);
  • knows how to prioritize and manage many open cases at one time;
  • establish a good working relationship with staff and other professionals, e.g., office and shop floor personnel, software developers;
  • Track and maintain accurate inventory of all computing equipment of the organization.
  • Keep IT equipment in good working condition.
  • Ensure routine backups and tasks are performed
  • Generate reports as requested by the IT Manager/CTO.
  • Any other duties as requested by the IT Manager/CTO.

Work Hours:

Monday – Saturday, Shifting 9 AM – 6 PM, 10 AM – 7 PM, 11 AM – 8 PM (including holidays if necessary)



OPERATIONS MANAGER - PRESS CAFE

Operations manager works towards meeting sales metrics and customer satisfaction standards by maximizing the customer's experience. He/She oversees all phases of store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability. He/She focuses on key business initiatives, store presentation, marketing execution, inventory management, loss prevention, payroll management, risk management, and operational cost control.

 Responsibilities

  • The position is responsible for the overall performance monitoring of multiple stores within a specified area
  • Responsible for championing initiatives, systems & programs in operational excellence, meeting and exceeding sales targets and implementing hospitality and service guidelines.
  • He/She should be able to coach and provide the necessary tools and resources to Store Managers and the whole management team.
  • Evaluates Store & Management Team’s Performance
  • Conducts weekly meetings that focus on store performance and performance enhancement programs
  • Ensures that Food service and cleanliness standards are implemented in order to achieve sales and profit targets of each store.

 Requirements

  • At least 2 years supervisory experience in the quick service restaurant industry is preferred.
  • Great customer service skills and high hospitality quotient
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical/decision making skills.
  • Must be organized with attention to detail and proven follow-up skills.
  • Should possess the ability to manage multiple priorities with demonstrated management skills to include; coaching, training, recruiting and communication.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Ability to handle mid to high volume stores.
  • Not more than 30 years old
